Tomorrow morning I’m heading to the Jeju Tourism Organization HQ in Sin Jeju for the first time. Will be picking up more copies of the magazine they’ve ran off - enabling us to restock and add to locations around the island. If anything interesting happens, then it’ll head to Twitter.
NEW FACEBOOK PROFILE REDESIGN AND JEJU TOURISM ORGANIZATION
July 21, 2008A NEW JEJU LIFE FACEBOOK APP, JEJU, SOUTH KOREA
July 14, 2008Deadline for the August issue is this coming Friday and if everyone submits that said they would, then we’ll be set for another wide selection of stories.
For those of you who got the invite, you’ll know that Jeju Life now has its own Facebook application. I spent Saturday afternoon putting it together using some online programs and our site’s RSS Feed. It’ll automatically update when new stories are added to the web site. Making things more convenient for you.
In other news this week, it seems that the mobile Internet has reached critical mass thanks to the release of Apple’s 3G iPhone. Sill no word on when this might see the light of day in Korea though.
The day is coming when Internet access will be ubiquitous.

And there is a post interview piece with Sarah Lacy too.

Plan to make it the subject of a forthcoming post.

CNET reports here.
Followed by a first class analysis from Jeff Jervis of Buzzmachine.
Lessons to be learned for journalists of all experience.
